April 2022 – Present 

Responsible for design of apps under the Collaborative Industry Innovator portfolio: Major contribution on define for apps like Bookmark Editor, Document Management, IP Protection, Issue Management. Design lo-fi mockups for idea generation and hi-fi mockups for conveying tangible experiences.

• Designed 3 new apps ground up – Responsible for User research, Interaction design, Prototyping and user testing across web and mobile. Collaborated with Product Managers, Define teams to identify product requirements and road map.
• Worked with team to defined a method to review apps for compliance with the design system guidelines. Categorized the design system rules into a checklist based on key user experience drivers (speed, clarity, mobile, efficiency, universal, aesthetic, consistency). Product consistency improved by 21% and overall, 25%.
• Planned and executed an organization level User Experience Champions program to increase the user experience bandwidth and reach at the organization level. 

 May 2017 – April 2022 

• Define visual, behavioral, and functional guidelines for user interface components (ex. grid component, toolbars, context menu, empty data patterns, error management, filtering). Document the components as part of Design System
• Measure and analyze user behaviors to increase user satisfaction through usage probes. Use analytics to take design decisions. Click reduction by 33%
• Conduct and manage usability test sessions (remote and in-person) & gather feedback from participants to analyze gaps between user and design – Prepared user journey and documented detailed findings to identify gaps and fix them with stakeholders

• Replicating customer environment at site for McLaren Auto and Mercedes GP projects to ensure new improvements are validated thoroughly by customer before a larger deployment
• Convert customer friction points to requirements and then solutions.
