Major contribution on define for apps like Bookmark Editor, Document Management, IP Protection, Issue Management. Design lo-fi mockups for idea generation and hi-fi mockups for conveying tangible experiences. 

Designed 3 new apps ground up – Responsible for User research, Interaction design, Prototyping and user testing across web and mobile. Collaborated with Product Managers, Define teams to identify product requirements and road map. (More info on ENOVIA Collaborative Industry Innovator)

Define and design of the app - The process involved market research to identify user expectations and collaborating with product portfolio teams to formalize what the app should support. Based on the feature list, prototypes were defined and discussed with the development teams. Once the UX was finalized, hi fidelity mockups were designed to ensure all interactions are captured, app is responsive and mobile friendly. (Overview of the app)

Define and design of the app - The app helps users in automating a routine task which requires manual effort and is time consuming. 

The deliverable involved redesign of the app which focused on guiding the user from the first step of selecting what to automate and how. Another important aspect was to make the app mobile friendly since users tend to monitor automated workflows on handheld devices. (More info on the app)

Define and design of the app - The existing UI of the apps used by the company was based on old web technologies and not user friendly enough. Users need to make many clicks and switch screens for navigation and extracting data, often losing time & impacting productivity.

A new UX was defined which focused on providing information at right place and right time. The navigation was overhauled keeping the existing user workflow intact. (Details of the deliverables)

Define behaviour and visual guidelines for:

• Data grid filtering
• Toolbar and context menu ordering
• Content history
• Units management
• App vs global preferences
• Dialogs
• Drag and drop (open, insert, filter)
• User guidance to prevent errors

Often divers design teams work on different products or parts of the UI which introduce inconsistency. Furthermore, as new components and guidelines are delivered, existing apps and services should also be aligned. 

Harmonization activities help to identify such issues and ensure consistency is maintained across apps and services.
